Just had my CX-5's first service. My first service experience with these folks. I'm one of those very particular old geezers who knows what he wants and what it's worth. So, on the Saturday before my Monday appointment. I signed up and scheduled online. The website is really easy to navigate and I received an email confirmation instantly. In the comments block, I specified the oil I wanted (after confirming they had it without up-charge). On arrival, there was minimal delay, just getting VIN and confirming what was on their screen. Botta Bing! Next thing I know, my car's ready, complimentary hand wash, tire dressing, military discount. Price was equal to or better than any service chain in the area.
