Bonner Body Shop

I might be biased since my husband is an owner and my son works for Bonner, but it didn’t start out that way 33 or so years ago when I was just a young girl needing her car fixed. They helped me out so many time and the joke is I was need up with a boyfriend and husband from all those not my fault things that happened! They do excellent work and take care of their customers! Highly recommend using them to fix the big wrecks or the small ones!

I can’t say enough good things about Bonner Body Shop! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, and the customer service was top-tier. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new — you’d never know it was ever in an accident. The attention to detail and quality of work was outstanding. If you need auto body work done, I highly recommend Bonner Body Shop. They truly care about their customers and their craft!

I've used this shop twice now, and although there were some issues with my repairs, as soon as i spoke with Mike, he went above and beyond to get it straightened out, and my car fixed correctly. He paid for a rental from Toyota, and i drove a brand new Toyota Camry while my Camry was in their shop. They reimbursed me for the extra charges on my original rental from Enterprise. He was just wonderful, and really made it a great experience. I will continue to use them for all my car repairs.

I won't spill this review into 1000's words. Short and simple.... Very unprofessional service was received. Estimated 20-28 days to fix - it ended up taking 4 months to completion. Work performed wasn't checked or quality checked. They gave me a broken truck back. Charged me $280 for a tire without calling and asking my opinion on the matter. Sorry.... Short and simple. Don't use this shop, if you like professional & quality work.
