Bonner Chevrolet Service

Great service, as always. They were quick to accommodate a last-minute appointment change due to an emergency in my family. Very considerate and understanding. My last four vehicles were purchased at Bonner and I'm sure the next will be. Service matters.

I was in for routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. When calling to schedule, my appointment was made immediately and at my convenience. Romeo had answered the phone and was extremely courteous and accommodating. Upon arrival, AS ALWAYS, I was instantly greeted and acknowledged. CJ took care of submitting my maintenance, and answered all my unending questions, totally with patience and able to answer with clarity. Review of any upcoming maintenance was made. Joey and Jeremy were there and of course greeted me as well. Usually during wait time, I make my "rounds" to say "Hi!' Always want to check in with Dan. The service department fit me in at the last minute and made sure I was on my way in a short time. They are always very helpful and friendly.

We bought the car there, we get it serviced there. Friendly experienced staff. Oil change and tire rotation went swiftly and smoothly. Waited in comfortable lounge for about an hour. Can't get better than that!

I purchased my vehicle out of the area due to local dealers not having any in stock, and was assured that any Chevy dealer would service my vehicle. When I called for an oil change, I was told that they do not have the time or staff to work on vehicles that were not purchased there. And that they have to be “loyal to those who bought from them” I asked what would happen if I was traveling and needed help, he rattled off several others dealers and told me to call them instead. Very disappointed.
