I would never use this company by choice again, they obviously know that their "customers" are forced on them by the state police. My daughters car was towed by them on Sunday after she was in an accident, I called them while I was in the area to try to get her things out of the car as she goes to college in Scranton and I live south of Allentown. They convinced me to come back on a work day so they don't have to charge me $150 and I agreed, I asked what time they are open until and they said 5 o'clock. I show up at 4 o'clock Monday at the only address that was on the blank slip of paper that the driver gave me and they then informed me that the place the car is was 30 minutes south (closer to my house) and they were only open until 4:30. The guy from the other company told me that my stuck vehicle could be a police matter and that it can be considered an accident so it is best if I pay him $3000 to get it towed to a truck stop. All lies.
