Jacob was straightforward explaining the process to diagnose the issue I was having with my Class C Ford RV. He was very thorough and tenacious in tracking down the issue I was having. I will definitely be bringing my RV back here again if I ever need any mechanical service. Most impressed with his honesty and pricing. Everything they claim to be. Great value coming here.

Stopped in to ask for price on a diagnosis. I was extremely impressed with Jacob. He saw me while working and immediately came up and introduced himself and asked how he can help. When I explained my problem he was extremely thorough in his answer and explanation. I have a mechanical background myself and told Jacob this. He told me he could walk me through the repair process if I was going to do it myself. He is an absolute breath of fresh air here in Yuma as you can tell he actually wants to fix peoples problem and not just take their money. Based off of my initial encounter with Jacob I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Jacob and team at Boardertown Auto helped me out with a difficult wiring issue I was having with my Jeep. As someone who normally works on my vehicles, I was apprehensive about taking it to a shop, but he was vey knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Late Friday afternoon, I was on my way out of town and my ac quit working. I called and was told to bring it in. Jacob had me back on the road within an hour and a half in a car with working ac. Jacob offers top notch customer service. Highly recommend.
