Customer Reviews
Absolutely horrible service! They have been working on my truck for nearly a month (this is after they "fixed" the same problem over 8 months ago). They have lied, "lost parts" that were back ordered, received broken back-up parts missed three promised deadlines and my truck is still not fixed (today is May 25, 2023). I have filed a formal complaint with Ford! Not sure what else I can do at this point!
