I have been taking my car to Bosch Autoservice Alamo Ranch for regular maintenance and have been nothing but pleased with the service of this shop. A few months ago my 10 year old vehicle needed some parts replaced, and not only was the job done promptly (and well) but it was fairly priced. The guys in the office did a great job keeping me informed and updated. Excellent customer service all the way around! Highly recommend if you need any services done! :)

Extremely informative, updated me daily on progress. Staff were polite and shared the expertise with me. Daniel was my primary point of contact. I appreciate his knowledge and his excellent customer service. Jesse also very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t remember the young man the man who worked on my car. He showed me the parts that needed replacing and what other issues needed repair. I will return for any future services.

First class customer service. They communicated extremely well and were very thorough on their inspection report, which made it much easier to understand the issues and the costs associated with them. We will definitely be bringing our other cars to them whenever we need auto repair services!
