Had a catastrophic car breakdown on the way back from IA. Sheriff’s deputy called a tow, and Bossert’s towing and auto body showed up, fella named Grant. Grant gave us a lift to a nearby hotel while he worked on our vehicle, and kept us updated on the car as he worked on it. Final bill was about 600 dollars less than expected for the tow and the vehicle work. Got us back on the road in 24 hours. Outstanding - good people exist in this world, and clearly exist at this establishment.

Sold us a vehicle with some very shady repairs. Car started acting funny a few weeks after we bought the vehicle where it was veering off center when speeding up. Turns out the subframe was rusty and no longer holding the control arm in place properly. Their solution was to weld the lower control arm bolt to the subframe as a temporary fix so they could sell the vehicle off. Dude got me with his good old country boy schtick but he basically endangered the well-being of my wife and kids over a couple thousand dollars.
