I gave 5 stars simply because the service was professional the trailer does have an exceptional quality cleaning. It was a pleasant surprise to receive a box lunch with a bottle of water along with the receipt. As for the price well that’s “ Taxachusette” Property Taxes, along with the cost of living in Massachusetts is totally out of control There was a truck in front of me and I did hear that quoted price which was not any different than mine. Not sure if my boss will allow me to return for another washout. But overall it was a good day 👍🏾

Awesome experience. Very kind and professional people. Out of nowhere they gave a lunch box with sandwich, chips and cookies. I never seen anything like this before. Congrats, keep up the good work. Will definitely come back.

Yes it’s very expensive. However, it was the best my trailer has looked since it was new. They are very conveniently located. They’re pretty much the only washout in the area. You can sit and wait hours for the mobile wash that may not show up. Everyone was very professional and attentive. They made sure I was happy before I left. Yes they even fed me. For New England the price really isn’t that out of whack. Thank you guys for the great job. I’m sorry it took me a week to review

This place is amazing they also fed me meaning they always will get a customer in me. Customer service is top notch, in Boston area a lot for work from Texas ill always get washout here now. They did amazing job. Ignore the bad reviews those didnt have to stay for the price they are complaining about makes no sense to try and bring down a family business. I will be back.

I met Ashley today. The first thing she did after getting our information for the trailer washout was to ask us both if we wanted coffee and how we wanted our coffee. Then she told us she was bringing us boxed lunches. We pulled around to wait in line for our trailer washout, and Ashley showed up at our truck with two cups of hot coffee perfectly made the way we asked and two boxed lunches and bottled waters for us. The lunch was amazing. It comes from a local company that makes their breads and cookies from scratch every day. We had turkey, havarti, granny apples, lettuce on sourdough bread with a chocolate chip cookie, a dill pickle, chips, and an yummy granny apple sandwich sauce on the side.
