I chose Boteler Auto after seeing its reviews, and spoke to Ray on the phone to get a second opinion on what the dealership quoted me for my 2017 BMW X3. It was also great to know he has experience on BMWs! I was quoted mid 4-figures by the dealer for new struts and hardware alone, which turns out I didn't even need! Got my car back in 24 hours with new brakes, transmission flush, oil change, done by Ray and team. Ray is a great communicator, honest, and just a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Boteler Auto to anyone who needs a mechanic in the area!

When my wife and I had car trouble in the middle of our vacation trip, we were lucky enough to have this mechanic available and open. Despite the late hour the owner and staff delayed the end of their workday in order to diagnose and fix the issue with our cooling system at a good price. I can fully recommend their service to anyone local or traveling through the area.

My husband and I broke down on the side of the road and managed to make it here… these guys made us feel so welcome and were very kind and helpful! They had our car fixed in no time and I do not feel like we were overcharged at all. Really lovely people, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ray and staff are truly amazing. I am in Atlanta GA and my daughter (student at UMD) had an issue with her car. Her coach recommended Boteler and now I know why. I made an initial call to Ray and he was so nice and willing to help. My daughter went to see Ray and he made her feel so comfortable and took such great care of her. There is not a question where we will go if she has an issue with her car again. 5 star all the way around!
