Boulevard Tire Center

Called because I had a flat tire, person on the phone said they could put a patch on. Got there and the man that was there refused to help me out after I drove 2 miles with a flat to get there. He said my tread was “too low” but I believe he just didn’t want to help because they were closing in 30 minutes, I had to go down the road to another shop that was happy to help, the other shop patched my tire just fine with no issues and no excuses about my tread being “too low to patch my tire”. Guy who answered the phone was polite and sounded happy to help, couldn’t say the same about the person who was there.

If I could take a star I would. This place is very disorganized, the employees are just hanging around. I walked in to pick up 1 tire that was dropped off the day before to change an inner tube. As I walked in the staff where just talking and ignoring the only customer which was me. Took them.over 5 mins to notice that I was present in the lobby. Mean while they where chatting about what soda to drink from the vending machine next to the entrance. Then as I picked up the tire just to realize it was installed backwards. These tire are directional and they didn't even have to remove the tire since I had already pulled it to get the size and make sure this shop had it in stock. Total incompetent people work here.

In & out in ~25:00 for patching a hole in my tire. These guys are really nice and professional. Good country boys. Great service at a very reasonable cost.

I feel like one star may be too much. I was in the turnpike with a blowout and a guy from this place came out and sat in his truck for awhile. When I approached his truck he got out and walked slowly like he had all the time in The world. I looked at the tires in his truck and asked if they were for me, they looked used and I told him. Then I noticed they were not even the right size! I told him I gotta call someone else and he replied, I don’t care we get paid anyway! Very unprofessional.

Great place! Anthony was so easy to work with. Professional, honest, and got us in and out with ease. He said it's best to come early cause "first come, first served", so we were there a few minutes before they opened and I'm so glad we were. Couldn't have asked for better service!
