My experience was superb and excellent I had a damaged tailgate on my Ford Ranger and they replaced my tailgate. Painted it and cleaned up some other areas. Pricing was very competitive and their service was outstanding

Not impressed...zero communication, zero customer service, no timeline given for completion, phones rarely answered, no voicemails replied to, one update consisted of a single picture. Car was dirty upon picking it up, bondo dust and buffing compound in every crack. Nobody walked the car with me after completion. Just handed the keys and sent me on my way. After getting home, vinyl wrapped hood had been buffed with buffing compound and it was stuck along the edges and inside the hood vents, overspray on a 1/3rd of the roof and on the inside the drivers side window, a smudge on the passenger quarter that wasn't there before and the panel that was fixed is clearly not the right color. Took it back and was told there is no issues with the paint and that it matches just fine even after showi
