Bowen’s Collision is an outstanding place for vehicle repairs. This is my second time using their services, and they once again returned my car looking like new. I appreciate their excellent staff and the clear, honest service they consistently provide. 5/5 ⭐️

So the story goes, I was driving and hit a deer! Definitely not something I ever want to experience again, which leads me to Bowens Collision. First I went to another collision center in Columbia starts with a G, and I had my vehicle towed over to Bowens because the other place was months out of even touching my vehicle. So that wasn’t going to work for me, as soon as my car arrived at Bowen it was like stepping into a 5 star hotel. My experience was best in class, immediately they had my car marked up and I was able to come down and sign off and they went right to work on the repairs. I received communication through the entire process, and the employees and management are very professional. They worked with my insurance to get all the parts and repairs completed. Thank you! Super bad experience I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Bowen's Collision. From the start, the customer service was subpar. It felt like they weren't interested in listening to my concerns or offering any real assistance. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, which set a bad tone for the entire process. The quality of the repair work was shockingly poor. The car was returned with visible flaws, like misaligned panels and a paint job that didn’t match the rest of the vehicle. It seemed rushed and sloppy, as if no care was put into ensuring a proper fix. When I raised these issues, they were dismissive, giving excuses instead of taking responsibility. My truck was struck by another driver failing to yield. The whole pasture side of my truck was damaged from front bumper to rear bumper. The damaged front door had to be replaced the rear door and rocker had to be repaired s add long with repainting whole left side of my truck. The other driver insurance tried to give a lowball estimate I drove my truck to the shop on Broad River and was given a complete quote and explanation of what they were going to do to fix my truck. Bowen’s dealt with the insurance company adjusters and made sure all replacement parts were original manufacturer parts! They stuck to the time table and performed flawless work. My car was involved in a hit and run that left the front end pretty banged up, including the hood, bumper, and fender. Bowen’s Collision was able to take it in and make it look brand new again! The paint was matched and blended very well, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! All of the work was completed in a very timely manner.
