I called to have RF wheel bearings installed. Took my vehicle in at 9am. A few hours later they called and said, LF wheel wheel bearings have been installed it's ready to pick up. I said I've told you 2 or 3 times it was LF wheel! They said we'll if you pay for another bearings set we will do it for free! Ok I said, so I go to pick up my vehicle. I still have the grinding sound on the LF wheel! They either didn't change out the bearings or didn't pack the bearings with grease. So im taking it to a real mechanic and if I find the old bearings are still on it or that the new bearings were not pack. I will be suing them. I don't recommend them

This shop is a scam. They had my car for 3 weeks, spent 5 total hours on my car( doesn’t make sense because of the minor things they did) 100 dollars an hour?! (Didn’t tell me they charged that much until the last phone call 3 weeks after my car was brought in)Parts came to 400, I spent 1k getting the car out and it’s not even fixed! Not to mention my wheel is making a strange sound now. They didn’t have a device to do what my car was needing done so they decided to work on more small stupid shit. They knew I didn’t have a car and I was walking, they did nothing to compensate, absolutely nothing, they had cars that came in after mine out before mine. I’m absolutely furious with the level of unprofessionalism with this place.

Great place to take your car !! Got me in when I needed it gave me accurate quote and excellent service. Even gave me ride home and picked me up so I didn’t have to wait in shop

Brian has been my go-to mechanic for some time now--and I've had him work on pretty much everything. He has helped me with a tune-up, brake replacements, strut replacements, electrical equipment, oil changes, and even installed some subs and speakers. I would HIGHLY recommend him-- as he does quality work! Thanks Brian!!

I found Bowens auto to be a pleasant surprise. Normally when dealing with auto repairs its very stressful but the owner made sure we were well informed through the repairs about progress an any new issues that came up an how or if we wanted to proceed. All an all a great experience an would return for future issues an recommend to family an friends.
