If you have the opportunity to bring your car here, DO IT!!! Don't go anywhere else. This is the best auto shop I've ever found. I've had multiple services done on my car from this shop. Fantastic experience every single time. They will bend over backwards to make sure your car is taken care of. They treat you like an actual human being. Quality work. Patrick at the front desk is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things to you in a way that is precise and easy to understand. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Bowles!

New customer to Bowles, had a vehicle they typically may not be keen to service. They didnt mind and took care of me like any other costumer. Patrick at the front is a very helpful point man that will handle anything you need. Chris the owner is an extremely kind and thorough owner, you can feel it when interacting with him. My vehicle had some suspension work, cooling system work, and an alignment. All seemingly done to a T and they communicated well the whole time my vehicle was in. Also pricing was extremely fair, very happy to have a local trusted mechanic, THANK YOU BOWLES!

I can not say enough good things about this place! I literally felt like I stepped back in time. I called first thing in the morning and left a message I got a call back with in 2 minutes by Chris. He’s the nicest person I’ve had the pleasure to speak with in a long time. I needed a quote for pre purchase inspection on a car I’m purchasing. I didn’t need a full diagnostic but wanted a professional to check out the components under the hood and underneath. I was driving up from Murfreesboro and needed it 3 hours later. He told me to just bring it by and he’d take a look at it for me at NO CHARGE! I offered to buy him lunch and he kindly declined (a few times). He was genuinely happy to help someone genuinely grateful. Even though I live in Murfreesboro I will most definitely make the drive
