Boyd Truck Centers

I purchased a pre-owned 2019 Mack roll off from these guys. It was communicated that I would be putting it on the road the moment it arrived and I asked that it have a fresh DOT and that everything was reconditioned. I was assured that this truck had a ton of money spent on it to be very well reconditioned. Well, it shows up with multiple chips in the windshield, no fluid changes, mirrors that might fall off, a tarp that did fall off due to only having a couple bolts, many functions not working.. I can go on. Needless to say, it didn't have a DOT inspect. They did take it back to the shop which cost me several days of work with a truck I had already paid for and when they brought it back it still had many issues. These issues were supposed to be fixed.. At this point I will never buy anyth

We had a truck passing through KY with a very oversized load late in the day. I called Tommy from boyd for a road service call. He dispatched his road service tech Jacob an hour away to service our truck, and made sure Jacob would be available the next morning incase any other problems came up. Very fast and friendly service, true gentlemem to deal with! They will be our go to road service in the area from now on! Larry
