They were supposed to pick up a vehicle on Tuesday or Wednesday. No one ever showed up or contacted me to reschedule. Your loss, Boyd's. Zero stars.

I had called on multiple occasions looking for a part to which they took my info. Never got a call back so I decided to call them again for an update and they had questioned me like I never called before despite taking info. After a while i decided to go in person and ask about some parts. The person working the front desk was on the phone (talking about their personal life) and I was ignored until after 5 minutes they get off the phone and ask what part Im looking for. They take the info and that was it before they got back on the phone and after standing around for a little bit someone comes out with one of the parts I was looking for. As for the pricing... it was a tad high and I could have bought oem for cheaper. This was my experience and if anyone would like to clarify I would gladly

This place was amazing in Norwich. If I needed anything I would go there again with no problem!

What a shame.we just moved here and was looking forward to serving Boyd’s as we definitely had some good business to give them. However the Lack of communication and was told they have vehicles holding a part I needed but it was out back somewhere and they weren’t going to go look for it, turned my head elsewhere. Best of luck aside from my experience I have heard good things.
