BP Car Wash (Twin Lakes)

Top touchless wash only sprays from the top, nothing sprays the back of the car with any high pressure or detergent. This is the second time we went through this wash, first there was no detergent so we got a refund. Second time it didn’t clear any of the salt off the back of the car. Very disappointing wash. Seems to be very poorly managed with inexpensive or usually inoperable equipment.

Just spent $10.00 on a "gold" wash lol. Going home now to actually wash my truck. Anyway to get a refund for this? Awful

Looks nice at first, but stinks like sewage & the top brush kept on getting stuck on the roof racks & dryers turn of within 20 seconds. $12 is step for this wash.

Terrible. Two options for the car wash were soft touch and touch free. No explanation, nothing. Got my car sprayed with soap and water and that was it. It’s still really dirty and management, when called, was not helpful. They seemed quite dismissive and unwilling to try and make the situation right. Waste of $10 and not coming back.

First try, the wash malfunctioned. I was flustered, but the cashier was super nice and understanding. Gave me a credit so I could finish the wash. This isn't the first time these people have gone the extra mile to help. Exceptional employees are here. Love it.
