I stopped by this BP gas station recently and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The cashier was extremely rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. When I politely asked about a charge that didn’t look right, they snapped at me instead of explaining. To make matters worse, I checked my receipt later and realized I was overcharged. I tried to go back to resolve it, but the cashier refused to take any responsibility and acted like it was my fault. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be coming back to this location and I suggest others avoid it too unless they want to be treated with disrespect and get ripped off.

I was there today to have breakfast the restaurant was great I had to use restroom . I was having a problem and was in distress when elderly lady was cleaning and wouldn’t let me use it, she said go home. I will not be back there that is no way to treat someone in distress that she couldn’t give me 5 minutes. That should never happen the lady could have waited a few minutes and go back to cleaning. Know way to treat a paying customer. Good bye!

Great place to do your 10 hour reset, but has terrible mobile connection for MetroPCS

For the most part this place is ok. But the cashiers ignore you while you wait at the register. They don’t acknowledge you. Half the time there is no one at the register and you wait for 5 minutes or so. Don’t expect to be in and out at this place. Rude employees

If I could give a negative 1 I would. Cashier extremely rude,coffee was out and no sign to warn people. Bathrooms overly hot,men's bathroom was out of everything, bathrooms were gross,someone blew up the toilet in the womens bathroom and it was caked in the toilet.
