I recently experienced something that reminded me exactly why I trust him with my own vehicles—and now with the people I care about, too. My 84-year-old neighbor was told by another shop in town that she needed a new transmission, and they quoted her $6,000 for a used one. That kind of bill would have crushed her financially.
