I had a very disappointing experience at this location on the day it snowed. I arrived around 2:00 PM while the driveway where vehicles are typically serviced was being plowed. I was instructed to wait approximately 30 minutes, so I left briefly to get a car wash and returned after about 45 minutes. Upon returning, I waited in line but noticed that two customers who arrived after me were taken in before I was. When I questioned this, the staff refused to service my vehicle. Additionally, one staff member was extremely unprofessional and made inappropriate, racially insensitive remarks regarding my ethnicity. Due to this behavior, I chose to leave and take my business elsewhere. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled and would not recommend this establishment based on

The staff here is friendly and helpful however the biggest issue they have is not being able to get vehicles in and out quickly. The area is small which understandably causes bottlenecks. This could be avoided if they were more attentive and efficient with getting work done faster. I’ve gone to that shop five or six times within the past two years. Three times I left because the wait was going to be more than a half hour.

Came here more than once no problem. In Sep i got a flat came here because it was closer and had no problem with them before payed $60 or $80 for a used tire but due to them rushing not paying a attention this time they sold me a tire with a bubble in it . They lost me as a customer.

I don’t care if you have to walk 6 hours home I’d rather do that than give these people business. The white lady who’s either the manger or the owner has a terrible nasty attitude. I didn’t even ask for air in my tire and was told I had to pay $10 for air when I didn’t even ask for air in the first place. In what universe is someone paying $10 for air to be put into tires? I definitely recommend M & R tire shop on Washington St instead of this place!

Over priced for used tires where you can go to Newark on South Street and other near area get two tires for their one tire price. Also i agree with most reviewers about their attitude when you ask for a service.
