Had my Equinox's oil taken care of here. They let me know the condition of everything so I am aware of the state of my vehicle easy document for me to save and view all the photos. Super easy to work with. Wasn't pressured in to any extra expenses. Most important part was the three cookies. Best cookies, get an oil change here for the cookies 💯 My only thing was my nose was having a fit and they returned my keys and I'm like 90% sure I had something hanging from my nose and Braden didn't say anything and kept the conversation going. Embarrassing on my end super professional on their side!

Great service as well as wonderful customer service! I had never gone there before, so when I called to schedule an appointment I was given all the information that I would need about setting up my oil change. They picked up my vehicle and dropped it off back at my work, I received a call and a text letting me know how it all went, and even got a bag of cookies! 😉 I am glad I have found a great place to service my vehicle!

Had to get on my second account so I could leave another wonderful review for Brad and the team. I have been taking my vehicles here since 2020 and I have never once had a negative interaction. Brad and his team are thorough, honest, and they do great work. I feel safe with them because a lot of places are known to take advantage of people but not here. Yesterday Kendra looked over my car and let me know that we are doing a great job of caring for it and that we did not need any maintenance at this time. Anyone else would have taken that opportunity to take advantage, but not Brad Holtkamp. I will be taking my car here as long as I live close by because I TRUST their word and their work. Steve and I both needed repairs on our vehicles 2001 Ford and 2013 Kia since we are not planning on trading for newer models unless necessary and Holtkamp Auto are helping us with our goal!
