I normally don’t leave reviews, but as a well-known local cleaning business owner who relies on a safe, reliable vehicle to support my five children and my clients, I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder (red, leather seats, sunroof) from City Car motors on November 21st, and the very next day (Nov 22nd) the vehicle began having serious issues. The RPMs fluctuated up and down, the car shook forward and backward, and it even started producing white smoke, all of which I documented in multiple videos. I immediately contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle to the mechanic they insisted on using—someone who works at Bradenton Auto Sales but is not a certified mechanic. We had an issue with a 2016 Ford Escape we bought from them. They replaced vehicle with a different one. Great place to get a used vehicle. Very professional reasonable prices. We got into a 2014 Jeep Cherokee for same price.

Horrible customer service Nobody speak English the staff does not communicate with each other about customers and payments. They Repo my son’s car after. two weeks being late on his payment, he spoke to the people in the office and they said it was not gonna be a problem that they would give him a whole month to make it up and within a few days the car was gone he had to pay them over $100 more than his payment was and then had to pay the tow company $400 So a $300 payment turned into 900 Mind you it was towed on a Sunday and he had already spoke to one of the people in the office and told him he was gonna be in on Monday and they told him that was fine I would never suggest getting a car from here.
