The mechanic has screwed up my truck! I could have died because of his actions. My entire rim and tire came off my truck! It was directly due to his actions. When I called him he immediately started yelling at me. I was driving down the road! My neighbor, another mechanic, the tow truck driver and Google all said it was due to his incompetence that caused the tire and rim to completely come off. I went to get the truck today after he had it for almost a week and said he MIGHT be able to get to it next week. So I said I would come and get it. The mechanic CUT MY BREAK LINE!!! SO BEWARE OF NEW BRADFORD AUTO!!! THEY HAVE NO QUALMS ABOUT KILLING YOU!

Sold my personal information to Sirius Xm radio after getting my state inspection here. Now I get spam mail from Sirius all the time. Thanks…. Quoted my wife over a thousand dollars for a 300 dollar fix. Won’t ever use this business for anything ever again and recommend you don’t either.

I dropped of a 1999 Chevy Astro van. For a oil leak (rear main seal). and running lights issue. Bradford auto accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem the first time, I am very pleased to do business with them again. My van is running and shifting gears smoother than it ever has, and I didn't even know there was anything wrong with how it was.

A little disappointed im 50/50 took my car in for break issues he did amazing worked with us on the price...but my car was overheating due to an electronic throttle issue and needed some work for inspection ...got the car back and 30 days later it was overheating again for the same reason...so idk .....3 stars for awesome break work!! Not so lucky the 2nd time tho

These guys are awesome very welcoming and friendly …even the men are very patient and empathetic. My car cranked out on me felt like the engine wanted to fly out the car how bad it was shaking called the shop got me in the next morning at 8am called around 12 said it was my spark plugs and oil , had my car back by 2pm and she drives like new literally very very smooth with parts and labor they charged a very decent considerable amount they are not here to rip u off u can tell they love to do what they do .. keep up the great work you guys made my day
