Bradford Village Assisted Living

I put one star but I wouldn't even give this place one star I was there transferred from the hospital and I was only there 4 hrs I had to call an ambulance to get me out of there because I was supposed to have oxygen, the oxygen quit working I called they kept shutting my light off 5 times. When the LPN finally came in I was crying and she was screaming at me and reached out to touch me and I said quit screaming at me & don't you dare touch me! My daughter an LPN could hear everything cell was on speaker. I had to call an ambulance to get me and I had only been there about 4 hours which the hospital admitted me even though I left without medical advice. They served a cold fake chicken sandwich for dinner I would not even leave my dog in that place that's how bad it is! I filed a report t
