They did a great job on my car today and gave great customer service! I had an early appointment so dropped my car off intending to stroll around Old Town while I waited on the car. When I mentioned this to the staff they asked if I needed a ride as it was freezing outside. They called a Lyft for me but what I didn’t expect was when I attempted to pay the driver I was told it had already been charged to my credit card. Turns out it was Bradham’s credit card! They had paid for a courtesy ride home! I love the fact that they not only tell you but show you immediate repairs required as well as things to keep an eye on for the future. Very personable staff!

Dropped my car off for brake services and they immediately took care of me! I got to walk around King street and grab lunch while I waited and by the time I returned thinking I still needed to wait for my car, nope it was ready as soon as we returned. Less than 2 hours!
