Brad's Car Wash

Absolutely amazing service, friendly staff, everything was clean and in working order. Staff will go above and beyond to make you satisfied. Absolutely love and recommend this car wash. Best one in indianapolis hands down! Keep it up you guys rock!

I have been a member of crew car wash for about four years and never needed to use another service. However, I went for my car to be repaired and the Acura dealer gave me a coupon to Brad‘s car wash. Consequently had just also canceled my membership with crew car wash because I’m moving out of town. I realized I had the coupon so I headed down to Brad‘s. My car was washed better at Brad’s than ever at crew car wash. The vacuums were free for your car wash and not only that everything was working perfectly. I will say the attendants weren’t very friendly But I’m not really here for them. I can see how crew capitalizes on customer service and not a great Wash.

talk about going the extra mile in customer service! I ran my car through the automatic wash and it did a really good job. I then managed to lock myself out of the truck when I was at the vacuum and these guys, particularly the manager, helped me find help to unlock the truck and finish cleaning out the inside. Great Staff! They deserve a raise! Thanks Guys for all your help.

Went for a service at Hubler Acura at Greenwood and got a free service coupon for a car wash at Brad's Car Wash. It is little tricky to find your way from US 31 traveling from south to this place. Had to get down and walk up to the service personal near the gate. They were polite and explained what is covered in the free coupon. The car wash is better than many other places in Indianapolis. Their vacs work very nice and it is free.

We had our car washed here. The car wash was great and have our car a wax and polish. The folks at Brad's car wash are friendly and helpful. It has a self-serve interior vacuum cleaning area also.
