Poor customer service!! I went to have a tire replaced but the woman working the counter was extremely rude! The whole conversation lasted under a minute. I walked in and she asked how she could help. I told her the air pressure in a tire is low and I am filling it up every 2-3 days, could I please have it replaced. She asks if I'm sure that's what I want. After I said yes and can I have it looked at, she asks the size. I wasn't sure but I said the make and model but she just points to my car, which was about 15 feet from where she was sitting and tells me to get the size and get back to her. She couldn't bother getting up and helping make a sale. Her attitude was very condescending as well. I just left and came to another tire shop down the street. The professionalism is night and day.

I recently took my trailer to this shop for a full rewire and brake wiring job. They initially quoted me about $267, and I even offered to bring my own wires to help keep costs down. Despite this, they failed to communicate clearly and ended up hiking the price to $420 without any warning. On top of that, the staff was rude and dismissive when I questioned the sudden increase. They claimed the mechanic should have informed me, but no one ever did. Overall, their lack of communication and poor customer service makes this place a business to avoid. If you value clear pricing and respectful service, take your trailer elsewhere.

This place is a joke I won't never deal with this place representative couldnt answer questions and then they hung up the phone on me ppl are not friendly at all on the phone how do you not know what to charge by the hour she had no experience

The ladies in the office are so helpful and the mechanic here is the very honest. He explained I only needed to fix one thing when I was told by other places I need so much to get my vehicle fixed. The quality of service he provided was outstanding. I'll for sure only deal with this shop and no other again.
