I would give this business zero stars if I could. The employees are all very nice but the owner is of no help to the customers. There is zero communication with customers and after dealing with them for over 5 months and getting nowhere I wiser up and am trying to get help elsewhere. Went in for a diagnosis and smog check, ended up needing a sensor replaced. After spending hundreds of dollars with them to have faulty parts installed and the nonexistent communication I got fed up. They never ordered the new sensor to replace the one they installed that did not work and none of the employees were on the same page about getting the issue resolved. Do not recommend this business at all.

Check Engine light diagnostic ran they recommend changing out spark plugs at 2.5hr ($280) plus the $110 diagnostic charge along with the cost of parts. After completing work, I paid for the job, and the check engine light came back on 4hrs later. I was recommended to come back in and have another diagnostic check completed at no charge. Great staff but a bit pricy for work not to be completed.
