Brad's Tire Service Center

My tire blew when I was outside of town this morning and Brad loaned me a spare tire to get the car back to town so he could put a new tire on. He even gave me a good deal on the new tire because he wanted to get rid of it. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Overall a really good experience.

Brad and his team have been there to accommodate all needs for my vehicle in a timely and professional manner. He has always asked for my permission before doing any extra work that needs to be done. And on top of that he has multiple different financing options to work with if you are not able to pay for all work to be done upfront. Brad is very honest when it comes to my vehicle and notifies me when something is wrong while being a very easy person to work with.

Im not family member, a neighbor or good friend of the owner to leave a nice and positive review. I put money I don’t have for their service expecting my car to be drivable and fixed. And it is not. It’s worse, the more time goes by the more things I find out they didn’t do. I am dissatisfied, disappointed and even a month after I am still enraged by their service or lack of Very unprofessional, and a perfect definition of what a money hungry company is. I do not recommend. They will definitely take advantage of anyone.

I've had my vehicle in to Brad's a couple times now and am very happy with their work. I just had my power steering pump replaced on very short notice and they went above and beyond trying to save me money on a steering fluid hose. I was also very happy to see they washed out my engine compartment to a much cleaner state than even before the steering pump failed. Brad also has some very good help out there; after speaking with them a few times it seems they are hard workers and who take pride in their work. Keep it up.

Went in for wheel alignment as a precaution for a long road trip. Realized on the trip that my steering wheel was no longer straight after the alignment. Called in to say, "I needed to go to another shop since I'm out of town." However, Brad stated on the phone that wheel alignment was correct. Basically, just waited to get back to Cherokee, as Brad's was able to setup a follow up. Technically, no harm and no foul. Just a really good alignment. Respectfully, car drives great! Air pressures were checked and that really showed driving straight down the road. Thanks again.
