Big Joe was our HERO today!! Our Honda (over 250,000 miles) unexpectedly just stopped running. We called Brad's Towing & Recovery to have it towed into the repair shop. He came out and opened the hood and immediately knew what was wrong...fixed it and left us feeling so very grateful!!! He knew nothing that was going on in our lives - our car breaking down was just another layer - and having it up and running again because of his intuitiveness and kindness made our day so much better! GREAT SERVICE because he put the customer first. We will always call Brad's Towing & Recovery when needed!!!

The first person to come to Tow my car was scheduled for between 8 and 9am. Instead he arrived ( he said) around 6 am. I have a Ring doorbell. And 3 extremely vocal dogs. I heard neither. When I saw that he had called at 6 am ( I do t answer my phone at 6am) to say he was coming I called him. He acted very angry that I was not ready for him at 6 am. He refused to reschedule. I called my insurance company. She stated her paperwork also stated the tow driver would be there at 8. At 8:15 I got a call from another driver saying he was on the way. When he got here I complained that I had no evidence that the first driver ever came and that it was not the expected time etc. and how absolutely RUDE the first driver had been. I had to have my Mercedes towed when one of my tires went flat. They were so prompt picking up me and my car! The tow truck itself was clean inside and out and driver was very careful with my vehicle. He was very kind and concerned about my safety on the side of the road. I would definitely use them again. They will always be my first choice.

Tyler is the most professional and expert tow driver I have ever encountered. Never seen anyone as caring, compassionate and efficient as him, this will be my first choice and recommendation for tows for a long time to come. Definitely recommend.

Myself and others had to sit and wait for over 30 mins, I asked if he could park his truck closer to the curb and not in the middle of the street. He also had the man in the other truck while towing his truck which is dangerous!
