I booked a Budget Truck to be rented out and I traveled 8hours by bus to pick it up and when I showed up for my appointment time no showed up on there property even when I called several days a head of time to make sure that someone will be there also so I ended up calling budget truck company to find out what I should do and the only thing that I could have done was to cancel the order and go back to a competitor to get what I needed so I can finish my moving project to make it back home with all my belongings. Sorry Budget I will go some where else to get what I need.

Brads is consistently reliable I enjoy getting the service done and the guys at the front desk has a great sense of humor as well.... highly recommend.

I recently purchased a vehicle here, Brandon was easy to work the process with. Smooth sailing from applying for financing, signing paperwork, everything. A couple issues came up with vehicle, I reached out, expressed issues, he had me drop it off and repairs were made. As a matter of fact they came across something in while making initial repairs and fixed it too to ensure all was well! I’m really impressed with quality customer service from the jump!
