I've been bringing my vehicle to Brahler Tire & Auto Center for a while now, and every visit reinforces why I keep coming back. The staff is genuinely kind and always takes the time to explain what's going on with my vehicle clearly and honestly. I never feel pressured or misled, just straightforward, trustworthy service. It's rare to find an auto shop where you leave feeling confident rather than second-guessing yourself. Highly recommend.

They were extremely helpful when our car broke down as we were passing through. They fixed it in a very timely manner and kept it locked behind a fence overnight! I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I’m not sure if it’s too early to write a review, but I’m very pleased with their service! As a full-time worker and college student, I felt secure and comfortable leaving my car with them. My car is running so much better now, and they completed everything in just a couple of hours! Before working on anything, they called me to discuss the repairs and provided the price upfront. I wish I had remembered the names of the staff members because they were all so nice. I truly appreciate the comfort they gave me during the process! Had my shocks replaced by Vance Dhooges one day prior to visiting Brahler for the first time. While replacing the front struts he had to detach thr outer tie rod on the driver and passenger front and reattach and tighten to specifications. Brahler called me the very next day and said that the outer tie rods had to be heated and should probably be replaced because they were froze on there. Are you kidding me? They were just loosened the day before. They knew they had to be loosened because they saw I had new struts and shocks put on. I told them that and they said they managed to break one free and replace the other. BullCrap ! Don't take your car there. If you sit in the waiting room and overhear them talking loudly for everyone to hear, they are trying to sell things you dont need

I've done business with Brahler for many years because they've always treated me right and have one of the best reputations in Springfield. This time was no exception. I have an old Cadillac that has been sitting a number of years that is basically a repair/restore project. I'm very happy with all of the work the team has done so far to get it on the road. Justin did a great job explaining everything and helping me come up with a prioritized plan for future work on the car. Always 5 stars for the Brahler team!
