Brahman Car Wash

It did a pretty good job getting the outside of my Escalade clean. Note: 50% of the vacuums were shut down for some reason 🤔 The 3 guys prepped my car did a good job b4 I went thru the tunnel wash. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was worried this place would start to become run down quickly due to the amount of use it gets but it's the exact opposite. All the employees are fast and efficient. The vacuum stations are well maintained and I LOVE the carpet "beater" for your floor mats. I've never found another 1 at any other car wash. I recommend using it! Way better than beating your floor mats on poles, the trash cans, or your tires.

I really like using this car wash. Only issue is it didnt recognize my vehicle when i rolled up for unlimited washes. I had to back out and leave. But it is cool that it CAN recognize your vehicle. Also I have to note that their customer portal is EXTREMELY easy to use. I might actually sign back up just because its so easy to use their website.

I will never use this car wash again, I went through the car wash and there was still a dragon fly stuck in my grill on my car so I went through the car wash again and explained my situation with a guy that worked there. He was very rude but made sure to let me know that “this is an express car wash and they are not detailers”…..well that’s pretty obvious. He let me go through the car wash again and I guess they got upset and wanted to prove a point because they got a rewash and literally pealed the paint off of my 2019 nisson with their pressure washer.

Yesterday I went to go get my car washed and I had one of those racks on the back with my wheelchair and they said it had to come off but unfortunately because I'm disabled I'm not able to do that. These gentlemen jumped up and took that off my car and then after I went through the car wash and I went to vacuum my car they then reattached the rack back on my car. They were extremely, nice, friendly, they showed compassion and went over the top to make sure that I walked away with a smile. On the car wash side my car came up beautifully. My car has not been cleaned in 6 months so it looks so good right now. Before you go in they wash it a little bit with the brushes and stuff and they just went over the top. I felt so bad because my car was extremely dirty on the outside but they did not co
