I'm So Hurt, They Charged Me $417 To Fix My Back Breaks When I Told The Owner It Was The Front Calabria, Drove Off And It Was Still Doing The Same Thing, Came Back Asked The Owner To Ride With Me So He Can Feel And Hear What I Was Talking About Checked Again Said I Needed A Ne Tire 🤦🏽‍♀️ Had To Go Somewhere Else It Was The Front Pasenger Side Calabria. Not The Back Breaks 😡

Avoid this place at all costs! The man seated outside the office is extemely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He was talking with someone else, and as I was about to go in, he stopped me and asked what I wanted. I simply asked how much they charge for a car inspection and instead of giving me a clear answer or politely asking me to wait, he snapped that I was interrupting and bragged that his customer had already been waiting over an hour. If from the beginning he had told me that he was with a customer and to please wait, I would have gladly waited for him to give me the inspection price. I wasn’t even asking for a repair quote, just the inspection price. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can only imagine how they handle actual work. Worst customer service e

LOVE IT! Went to another shop and they tried to rip me off, went to this company brake & auto specialist saw some negative reviews but had a good hunch about them and i was right. They took care of my problem, they were very professional and they fixed it half a price. i recommended everyone this place, honest and worth your time.

I went there to change my front brake pads only knowing that my rotors are in good condition! This dude came to me and told me that this job would cost me almost 300$ just to change the 2 front pads because he has to put lubricant on the rotors and has to clean the rotors with this special machine all type of bs just to get a maximum cash from me, I was speechless I couldn’t believe it but I was in a hurry to go to work for that reason I agree! Please don’t go there the people are rude, very expensive, super unprofessional, don’t know what they doing. They have this older Haitian man working on my car who does not know what the hell his doing he could not even open the back of my trunk! I hope everything goes well but WOULD NEVER GO BACK!!!
