Brake Masters #186

I needed a transmission fluid flush among other things. I explained to the shop guy that I can do only one thing at a time. He was understanding about that and did not pressure me into services that I can’t afford at the moment. I will definitely return to this shop when I’m ready to do the other work needed.

Update 12/13/2025: I was scheduled to get a tune up here but I cancelled. In the last two weeks, my brakes have gotten worse and began making noises it shouldn't. It was asked if they could fix it but why would I return to the store where they couldn't get it right in the first place. I couldn't trust them with my tune up after the issue with the brakes. No, thank you. I went to Store 139 on Bell. Jerry stepped in and assessed the issue. He corrected it as a courtesy, and they are completing my tune up as we speak. Quoted price at Store 186 was close to $350 but Blake got it down to $311 at Store 139. I wasn't going to come back here since Travis quit but the better mechanics are here and they sincerely do care. Bill was wonderful. He took his time explaining everything and the time frame

Convenient location for me and great price for an oil change. This is the second time I’ve used them. I removed one star for their speed. Both times they got me in right away, but both times took over 90 minutes. That seems like a very long time when you consider so many places are doing it in far less time.

Trustworthy. I walked on not knowing what to expect especially because most of the time I feel like going to car repair shops is a money grab rather than fixing what is wrong. These guys do a great job with being honest. Thank you!!

Went to Break Masters because I had a bad wobble when I apply brakes. I knew the drums were bad. I got there just an hour before they closed. Within that hour not only did they do the full break inspection and break it down to me they were able to get the brakes replaced with the drums and I was back on the road in time to make it to work. Great service great team great response time! Oh, and great price!!!
