Brake Masters #204

First time visit for oil change, tire rotation as well as requesting a brake inspection. It was easy-scheduling appointment online, nice person to talk to, seems honest and very accomodating with my request for brake inspection. They did and spent time inspecting my car's brake rotor and pads and took some pictures for the recommendation - for free. I'll come again for sure.

The helpful staff at Brake Masters replaced my vehicle's tail light bulb, completely free of charge, in under 5 minutes. I will return for all of my future auto work. Thank you Brake Masters #204 !!!

We were traveling thru Oro Valley from out of town. We heard a loud clunk and my brakes started feeling spongy and making a noise when I braked. Pulled into this Brake Masters feeling like this is going to be a $1000 complete brake job maybe rotor. After checking the car the mechanic came out and said your brakes are fine a caliper bolt fell off. He said he can replace the Bolt. Easy, cheap quick fix. So thankful this place could have easily taken advantage of our situation with us being stuck here out of town they could have over charged or have found something to replace. We really appreciated the honesty and professionalism.

I had a 1 pm appointment and they took me on time. Everyone was super nice. I mentioned the coupon and was given the discount with out any questions. You know they are trusted if antique car owners are trusting them with their cars. Im a 73 yr old female and I’m always concerned i might get used. But i felt very comfortable. I will definitely go back. They made me feel super welcomed.

Made an appointment in advance and indicated I wished to come in their least busy time of day since I am retired. Returned the following day at appointed time and much to my chagrin the oil chg did not begin until after my car sat in their parking lot for one hour and I inquired about the situation! To make matters worse the tires were rotated and the indicator light came on shortly after I left the shop 30/33 in right rear tire. This shop is close to my home, first visit ever and I wanted to like them.
