Brake Masters #206

I had my brakes done at another shop in January of this year (2026). The shop allegedly did EVERYTHING; New master cylinder, brake booster, rotors & pads. In February my braking became spongy and they’d grind when really applied. I took my car to Brake Masters who gave me an honest assessment. My “brand-new” brake pads were worn 10% & they said the rotors were near needing to be completely replaced. 10% wear typically takes 6 months to 1 year of driving!! TRUST Brake Masters, folks; they specialize in everything brake related & more! They’re honest & very helpful as well as affordable.

Things have changed at Brake masters - for the better. Appointment options really help with with the "rush to the door" The gentleman at the service counter was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He opened the door a few minutes before posted open time. He also let me know it would be a few minutes before the techs would be starting on my vehicle - set expectations right from the start. I asked several questions and all were answered satisfactorily. In no time the vehicle was ready and I was on my way. Will definitely continue doing business with Brake masters and highly recommend
