Charlie and Adyanna at Brake Masters were fantastic. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car, didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure the work was done correctly and efficiently. The service was honest and efficient and stress-free something that is hard to find with car repairs. This location is professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. I'll definitely be back and recommending them to anyone who needs reliable car care. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you ALL again💗🙏

Audy provides amazing customer service and is a delight to interact with. She offered to pick up my vehicle from a close by shop since they were grossly overcharging me and I was in a time crunch. They fixed my vehicle the same day and a week later I was able to pass my emissions test. Oscar is also great with explaining what exactly my car needs and not being predatory with prices. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that’s looking to have big or small repairs done in a timely fashion and well done.

I went in for a diagnostic 2/10/2026 & was reassured that was the issue since it cost over 2,300 & sum for me just to drive off 5 minutes later and the same issue continued. It is very disappointing just to find out that they did not look under my car and to see the catalic had bolts in it they wanted to tell me after the fact the job was complete. Per Austin the reason they didn’t see the bolts was because they did not look under the car which makes no sense since I paid for a diagnostic to be done just to find out it was not fully inspected correctly Went in the next day just to say it could be possible catalic or vacuum leak and tried to charge me another $100 for another diagnostic. Very disappointing I wasted my time and money on this place!!!!!!

Charlie was a great help. Took time to go over my trucks issues with me. Great customer service. Would highly recommend.

A brake shop that has no idea which brake pad is causing the noise and tell you that the brake pads and rotors are in great shape, yet the noise is getting worse everyday for months now. Oscar said he would not charge for removing locked lug nuts on the phone and had a special tool to do it. Because the other Brake Masters lied about rotating my tires. But he did charge me 30 dollars to do it anyway. puzzled looks on faces when asked about why brakes and rotors in great shape are making noise in both reverse and when coming to stop. Only thing they could offer is to replace all four pads for $500!!! Complete incompetence!!! Never trust Brake Masters again.
