This is MY Brake Masters that I always go to no matter where I live. Greg always takes great care of my car, he is MY guy! I appreciate his help in figuring out what is best for my car, he explains things well and never makes me feel dumb. I had come for an oil change and new brake pads once but started hearing a weird clunking sound after I left. I brought my car back a few days later and explained the sound and situation to another employee there, he treated me like a "dumb girl". Greg came right up, remembered who I was and took over. He did find that they had not fully tightened a part and that was what was making the sound. He fixed the issue quickly, apologized, and gave me a coupon for my next service. Shawn was very friendly and professional. He kept me up to date on necessary repairs and costs, and my car was done very quickly for the services performed. New pads and rotors, brake fluid, air filters and an oil change were all done within 2 hours. Very reasonable pricing here. I would definitely come here again.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had regarding fixing up car issues. They were honest, great customer service, quick turnaround, very reasonable with prices, and I got a lifetime warranty on the brakes that I can use at any Brake Master location. If you got brake issues this is the place to go 100%!
