Brake Masters #220

I went to brake masters in fair oats, and I had more than meet my expectation experience. They greeted me when I came into the door they assured me they can take care of my situation with the car. They explained everything detailed as to what I getting as far as the service. And I was just impressed with how much detail they gave me. So I knew I was in good hands. They promised me a certain time that they were going to have my core finished. And it was within 5 minutes. They said, 3 PM. It was finished by 255 and so I was happy about that. So I would definitely recommend them to my friends to my family.And I will also be visiting them again

The mechanic that worked on my car was very knowledgeable about my brakes. The minute I walked in I felt this chill Vibe, and everyone was so friendly, right then I knew I made the right decision choosing this company. I would definitely recommend anyone to come get your brake replacement or repaired at Brake Masters. Thanks Guys keep up the good work!

Had my oil changed here, then took it to a specialist for a certain dignosis. They told me that whoever changed my oil had put too much in it. I took it back to Brake Masters to have them drain some of the oil. They drained all of it out, and showed me the perfect amount had been put back in originally. Then they they re-filled it with brand new oil. They didnt need to do any of that come to find out, but said they were happy to, and just wanted me satisfied with their shop. Brian and Steve are the best. We will definitely be going back there from now on for all our car needs!

This place was amazing after shopping around with a tight budget I need work done on my truck and this place did not disappoint! Very knowledgeable experienced and transparent I was able to drop my vehicle off pick up on time and get back to work with no surprise cost hidden fees or last minute headaches ! The guy Brian at the front desk and his colleague Adrian both made my first experience with Brake Masters , a walk in the park. I will be being all my vehicles for service to them ! They offer such a wide variety of services with reasonable cost I’m happy that I went with them !

I brought my truck here a little over a month ago for soft brake peddle feel. They told me they weren't going to do anything to do; said it was fine. Told the guy that drove the truck every day that it was normal. It was not normal. It was soft then, and has only gotten softer since. Guess I'll take it to someone who actually wants to work, because there's obviously something wrong with the brakes.
