I typically would give this place a five stars but the last time that I went and I got my battery replaced, they failed to replace a terminal that definitely should’ve been replaced and left me stranded at a gas station. Had to have my boss come and jump me to bring me to the shop cause they don’t offer mobile services and then pay for the labor and terminal piece to be put on when I feel like they should’ve done that the first time replacing my battery. Other than that, all my experiences have been very good and they’re very truthful and honest and very well priced. Affordable.

I want to thank John, Freddy and Brake Masters team for their outstanding professionalism and top-tier customer service during my recent brake repair. From start to finish, the staff was courteous, transparent, and efficient, ensuring I was informed every step of the way. The workmanship on the front and rear brake pads and rotors, as well as the installation of stainless steel brake lines and a full brake fluid flush, was excellent. My vehicle now stops smoothly and confidently. It’s clear the team takes pride in delivering quality work, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, skilled automotive service.

I cannot express how appreciative I am of this team! I've been going there for the past 3 years or so. From oil changes and general maintenance all the way up to having to get a new engine. This team has gone above and beyond when it comes to getting the work done in a timely fashion, maintaining communication throughout the process and notifying me if anything in the process has changed.
