Jerel & Chilo were both amazing with assisting us with a free brake inspection and brake service. Prices were reasonable. Very happy with the service and customer service! Great service! They couldn't get me in when I walked in so we made an appointment the next day. They did it as promised in good time AND cheaper than expected... AND this is the first time I walk away from a new shop that didn't give me a laundry list of all the things I "needed" to do for my car. They were friendly, and simply a great place to get car service! I'll be back!

I took my car into a Firestone store to have my oil changed. They checked some other things and found that my brake fluid was bad. I had my brakes and they also flushed to brake fluid a year ago. So I took it back to BM and Jarel (manager) took car of it at no expense. That's what a good manager does. No wonder he won Best BM store manager in 2025.

Highly recommend this location. Jerel T and his team. Great service. Fantastic customer service. Had an appt. Arrived 15 min early. Had my Oil change done in less than an hour. Observation as well while in waiting area. Great customer service with customer’s on the phone and no BS. Clean location. This is my go to location from now on.
