Brake Masters #247

I was serviced today. Needed front brakes, etc. I had an appt and was quickly greeted and helped. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hour . A shout out to Anthony and the guy who worked on my car as well as the other guy at the front desk. Next appt in April. If you want peace of mind and treated well this is the place.

This place was fast and clean. The employees had great service with an extremely friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend them and will be back without question. Also it’s located next to PTs so in the event that they’re busy you could walk next door and grab a bite to eat while you wait. I think it took like 30-45 minutes max. Like I said this place was great and definitely did not disappoint!

10/10 - made an appointment- sat in the lazy boy chair and had a nice beverage and enjoyed the experience- customer service excellent- will definitely be back

Made an appointment online, walked in on time and was immediately greeted and assisted by Greg. Came for an oil change and tire rotation. They honored the coupon I found on the website. I made a special request for how I wanted them to do the tire rotation on my front wheel drive vehicle and they had no issues doing it as well. Only took an hour so I put my headphones on and waited in their clean and spacious lobby. They have free coffee! They torqued my wheels to spec and I was on my way. Great first experience.

Anthony, was simply amazing to work with, friendly and very knowledgeable, not to mention attentive. The communication I received was top tier and truly appreciated. I needed brakes and Anthony took great pride in making sure I was safe and back on the road. 10/10 I’ll be back, this is my new shop.
