The team was professional, respectful, and straightforward from start to finish. They took the time to explain what was needed, answered my questions clearly, and made sure everything was done right. There was no pressure—just clear communication and solid follow-through. What stood out most was the care and pride they showed in their work. Always great service and prices. Danielle and Heather will take care of you. The mechanics on staff will do the job right the first time and will even let you know if something else needs to get done (whether you can wait on it or not). I 100% would recommend them.

Only people that don't know anything about vehicle maintenance/repair will think this shop is good. If you know vehicles and are looking to pay someone because you don't have time to do it yourself, don't go to this shop. I was a customer for quite a few years, my experiences are as follows: rotors weren't turned properly, brake hardware was left off when reassembled. Had the AC recharged on 2 vehicles and there wasn't any improvement, I later learned that they overcharged both, I had to take it to another shop. Same with alignments, they couldn't get it right, another shop told me it was way out of spec. Final straw was a caliper bolt falling out causing rim damage and my wheel to seize up. I had to argue with them to get them to take care of the damage that their mechanic caused. T

This is the only place I trust. I get everything I can done here. If they can't do something, I trust their recommendations for a place that can. Prices are fair. They'll NEVER cheat you! They don't make up stories to try to get you to spend more. I am completely comfortable with sending my wife, daughter or referring my mother and others to Brake Masters because I 100% know in my knower that they will not be taken advantage of. That speaks volumes for a reputable shop. Thank you Dennis and your staff!! Valley HI kia can't make the same claim🤣😂

Roger was so amazing and helpful from beginning to end. I took my Tesla to get wheel alignment. I will definitely come back! They do brakes a-swell for the Tesla. I highly recommend Thank you Roger and team!
