Will never ever ever go back to this place for any type of work again unless I have a death wish. After less than 6 months I had to replace my front rotors because the mechanic did not properly and securely install them the first time. He took the screws off and did not put them back on leaving me in severe danger without secure rotors and you can see in the pictures what happened from his negligent work. If you want to know what this works should look like, feel free to go on Google images. Save yourselves time and possible heartache.

I was referred to Josh because I had a lug nut that wasn’t removable when I was getting my tires changed. The lug nut shouldn’t have been on the car and required a lot of work. He was so lovely and helped me so much. He was able to get it off and I’m getting my tires changed right now! THANK YOU JOSH!

Brake Masters did an oil change. The vehicle was brought back because it was leaking oil from the drain plug. The serviceman at the counter said the vehicle was old and needed a new oil pan. I went out to the vehicle while it was still on the lift. A mechanic came by and said the oil plug spins when you try to turn the plug. He showed me when he put a wrench to it. I said when the oil was change two weeks ago, the mechanic knew it was spinning. He agreed and said he wasn't here two weeks ago. There was yellow substance layered in a "L" space near the oil plug. I touched it and it was pipe compound. They sealed the leak and sent the car off and now will not take responsibility for ruining the threads of the oil pan. They completely lost my trust and I will never do business with
