Yo I want to give a shout out to my guy ROGER at Brake Masters Victorville. This guy came thru me way in a major way. The tire shop broke my wheel lock and referred me to Brake Masters Victorville. Soon as I can in Roger was very professional and fixed my problem minutes. Truly appreciate u Roger u the Man!

Roger and the breakmaster family in Victorville on 7th street has been amazing. I appreciate all their hard work and explaining things to me at reasonable prices. I don't take my car to a lot of people due to getting ripped off and I don't trust a lot of people working on my car but I trust them.

I had a disappointing experience with pricing at this location. I was quoted $60 more for the exact same service that is offered at the Brake Masters in Hesperia, with no clear justification for the difference. I was told pricing varies because this location operates under a corporate/franchise structure, but as a customer, that explanation doesn’t justify inconsistent pricing for identical services within the same brand—especially when locations are only a short distance apart. This feels misleading and unfair, and it undermines trust in the brand. Customers should be able to expect consistent, transparent pricing across locations, or at the very least, a clear explanation upfront before being quoted. I recommend calling around and comparing prices before committing to service here.

New to the high desert area so I’m very skeptical about new places and new mechanics, I was cautious about finding a local mechanic, so I went to American tire and asked if they recommend anyone and they highly recommended this place , when I tell you the customer service they provided me was not only helpful but they put me at ease ( car explanations always matter ) … I’m so happy with the service and the prices I highly recommend them . Ask for Rodger he’s awesome 🤘🏽

Came in without an appointment for brake inspection and an oil change. The customer service offered by the team was perfect. They were honest about the condition of my brake pads, and offered helpful advice and information about my car. Fast service, and a great price. Brake masters is legit.
