I found Break Time Auto thanks to a reddit post during my search to find a shop capable of doing a Pre-Purchase Inspection for a 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie. I ended up using the website to make an online appointment after I liked the reviews. The website is streamlined and easy to use. Large chain repair shops fail at this so seeing a local repair shop with a better designed website was quite refreshing. When I arrived I was happily greeted by a nice gentleman named Vincent who knew who I was the moment I walked in. He listened to every concern I had about the vehicle so I definitely felt heard. He quickly intook the vehicle and got the pre purchase inspection completed in a timely manner and was nice enough to do it without charging me a cent. Afterwards I was emailed a report on their finding

Had a borrowed truck that was poorly maintained and overheated violently on me. Luckily Brake Time was right around the corner. They saw me immediately. Explained what was happening. Got me back on the road. Didn't try to oversell me at all. Courteous, professional and incredibly responsive. Five stars and then some.

I made an appointment with this company to do a pre-inspection on a jeep that I wanted to purchase and Mr Vince got us right in, found issues we could talk with the dealership about and refused to take payment for this service. He was friendly and knowledgeable, I absolutely guarantee to return if I ever need mechanical help in the future.
