I had a great experience at Brakemax on Cortaro Ave when I went in for an oil change. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and quick. JJ really stood out — he was super personable, helpful, and made the whole visit feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions without rushing, and just had an all-around great attitude. Customer service like that makes a big difference. It’s not always fun dealing with car maintenance, but JJ and the team made it a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, friendly service.

Very happy with BrakeMax service. My service person S. Garner was friendly, honest & helpful. The Technician did a great job and the turnaround was good. Their prices are great too. Warranty for my car ended with the dealer so now I will do all my future repairs and maintenance at this BrakeMax.

THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY! Their mechanics cannot possibly be certified in anything. They screwed up my car. I went back twice and they still didn't fix what they screwed up. They will not call you when they say they will and will lie about getting parts & the delivery time. They also tried to up-sell me for a $6000 repair that was unnecessary. I figured it out myself and showed them what they did and how it was effective the operation of my car. "Ok we fixed it you're good to go. They didn't put in their computer system one time that i went back. So when I contacted them for the 3rd time to fix what they screwed up, because it wasnt fixed, the person I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about. They tried to get me to go back and start from scratch. WTH! A female, non-mechanic fixed it

I had a complete blowout on the freeway and had to get a new tire. Bruce went out of his way to drive across town to get the tire size that my car needed. I am so thankful that I didn't have to wait until the next day. Bruce took it upon himself to go above the call of duty to ensure that my car was serviced in a timely manner. Everyone at the shop was friendly, courteous, and professional. I highly recommend this auto shop and will be using them again in the future. Thank you, Gentleman 😊
