Five star rating for sure. Calib at the Karl Rd location did a great job on the brake pad installation and in a timely manner. Even went the extra mile of turning the rotors when I didn’t even know they needed it.

Miss Connie and her team took great care of our 2010 hunk of junk. Did her absolute best to get our vehicle back on the road without breaking the bank. All staff spoke to us with respect and smile on their face. Amazed that they had our vehicle back on the road within 48 hours, and only had to wait that long because the shop is closed on Sundays! I couldn’t imagine anyone having a bad experience here
